As a young man, in my teens I was tall and skinny, but as I grow into my 20’s so did my weight.
In 1969 I was 166 lbs., held the record for the most pull-ups at our high School and was very active.
In 1973, when I got married I was almost 300 lbs. and still very active.
I just ate all the wrong foods and love them. And I ate and I ate and I ate.
So I stayed at near or over 300 lbs. from 1973 until I finally found the answer!
Looking for ways to lose weight I found the Dr Atkin’s diet revolution in the early 70’s, did it, lost about 40 lbs., gained back 50 while on the diet. Then I tried the low calories diet, but it seemed that after a week or so the cheating was more than the dieting, so I was not able to sty on that one. I tried the Jenny Craig’s program, lost about 25 lbs., gained back about 30, did the gyms, workouts and was still very active, but as time went on I got less and less active and my weight just kept going up, 290, 300, 305, 310, until a back injury in the early 90’s stopped most of my activities, and soon I found myself in a wheel chair.
In the mid 1990’s I was diagnosed as a diabetic, and went to school to learn to eat a low fat diet and how to control my diabetes. But even on the low fat diet, I could not loss weight so I found Optifast. A medical monitored program of all protein drinks (no Food) and I lost about 40 lbs., then when I stared eating again my weight came back and then some.
In 2002 my doctors said things are going from bad to worse, and said “loose weight!”
So I just kept trying this program and that program. Nutrilife, ultra-Slim, low carb, low fat, low calorie, low taste and hated it, as I could not lose a pound!
I saw my sister with a similar weight problem go though the agony of Gastric by-pass surgery, gal bladder removal and knee surgeries etc.
Seeing my doctor in about 2007 and having him say that my Diabetes is out of control, and that I was on Maximum medication, things did not look good for me.
Change and weight loss had to happen if I was to live.
Desperate and willing to try anything I found the “Dr Simeons weight loss cure”
I read, re-read, studied and re-studied this program and finally in a last ditch effort I decided to try it.
Feb 2007 I stared the 43-day protocol, lost 40 lbs. WOW! I took 6 week off and did another 43-day protocol and lost another 40 pounds. At that point I was the lightest I have even been in my adult life. I took 4 months off then did another 43-day round and lost another 40 lbs. 120 pounds of FAT gone in 120 of dieting!
My wife LaRainne did it with me and she lost 75 lbs. in the same time.
Everyone around us was amazed at how fast the weight came off, and as a truck driver, sitting behind the wheel with the cruise control on, I did not exactly get much exercise.
They started calling me “the Incredible shrinking Man.”
So everyone asked if we could help them do this too, so in 2008 we started coaching others to do just what we did and the rest is history.

To weight lose in certain time you need to maintain healthy diet, avoiding high protein food and regular exercise is necessary.Sonoma diet and Slim Fast diet is the best way to lose weight.
While it is true that most people can lose weight with any diet and exercise, the truth is, proven over the years, soon as you stop the diet /exercise program you regain the weight as you have NOT addresses the real problem of Obesity.
Dr. Simeons program does address the real issue of Obesity, you can loss the weight once and for all, safely and without exercise and once the weight is gone, it’s just gone, no more dieting.
But even after the Dr. Simeons protocol you have to follow some simple guide lines.
Eat to live, don’t live to eat.

But to lose weight, Dr. Simeons almost 20 years of research and over 50 years of worldwide proven track record without the FDA is hard to beat.
